Actually i asked my bank if my bank draft has been encashed or not he told me not yet ,by luck i got my uci number and when i checked my status it was in process and we received your app on 1st dec 2014, many people told me that it must be encashed but someone told me this is for credit card only but wiz bank draft the status is in process till they could get money from my bank draft as it takes time ,is it true ?

Bank can tell if the process on enchashing DD has started or not.

After PER, how do we get to know about VO?

HURRAY HURRAY HURRAY GOT MY PER

NOC: 2281
DD Encashed: 15th Jan
PER Email Recieved: 11th Feb (30 mins back)

Since last 15 days I am checking my emails and today midnight while I am working and got a break of 15 min and in that when I checked my emails I see my future.

Yesterday, as I was answering someone here that keep checking your inboxes you never know when you have your PER...

So again wishing you all good luck and keep updating here...

Just got the note from CIC saying my application couldn't be accepted in processing as it was received after the cap was reached. NOC 2171. My question is should this be mentioned as rejection in any future visa applications ? I have to apply for a US visitor visa soon and hence wondering. Please advise.

If u are out of cap it's not rejection. CIC doesnt allot uci no. Hence you need not report it. Good luck
