Nice to find a November support group here. I'm also in the same boat with you folks waiting for the golden email :'(
I notice that few people who sent their application later in Nov got PER and some people of early-Nov are still waiting. Maybe CIC is focused on certain nocs before reaching to the others and is not concerned with the dates as much. Or maybe different officers have different piles of applications in their hands and each of them is working on them in their own pace. It might also depend on how complicated or easy each application is that might prolong the process.

Can you tell me how you apply to obtain the police certificate from United States. Did you do it by yourself or you had to go to a specific department in your country?

I am in the United States, so I am doing it by myself. I would have to get the fingerprints done in a local Police Station in a fingerprint card form and then send it to the FBI for certification.
