My good people praise and thanks to the almighty Jesus! we got our golden mail "PER" yesterday but I only saw it this morning as I opened my mail box, I wish everyone this kind of pleasant surprise in Jesus mighty name (amen).

CC Charged: 10/01/2015
PER: 03/02/2015

Dear friend it is ECAS not CAS, and its online way to follow up your application status when you get you PER mail. In the PER mail youll find your UCI number and after that you can follow your application status in ECAS

Some people have a UCI number from their previous rejected applications, they can check the status of their application in the CIC website which name is ECAS. It just shows the status of applications briefly. For example, some days after caching and before PER, it shows first line of process. It does not guarantee receipt of PER!
After receiving file number, you can login to ECAS and see your application's status in each level.

We are on the same boat. MY application was received on November 19 and I was charged on Jan 16. PLease let me know whenever you are charged. Thanks. I am also worried.

Don't be worried, the last PER is for 13th Nov, our turn has not started yet, be patient...

oh maratgohar, it is happening to you too? there are some leasured people on each thread on the main thread there were some people or individual, who kept on giving minuses to main administrators, and persons who were in this process longest and had the most valuable info. and they've kept on receiving minuses.
don't worry about that, that rating is there for people to say thank you if your info helped them, and whoever gives a wrong information, i can hardly believe does it on purpose - probably its ignorance or false information he/she received previously, and therefore sometimes receive minuses (i still believe that minuses should not be there at all, but hey, that's just me)
so don't worry about it, we are happy you are here with us, and please continue contributing to our forum!
