charging your cc or encashing dd is just one part of those eligibility steps one needs to fullfil in order to receive per... therefore, it is,indeed, true that they will take your money and then review the rest of the eligibility steps. it happened to me, they've charged my cc, and then i've received ner... (the reason is that they did not find enough matching points wit the lead statement in all of my reference letter regarding to my noc, they accepted just once, but then i did not have enough points). however, they did not return money nor my documents. i had to gather all new documents in order to submit it again. i hope you, nor anyone else on this forum, ever go through this!

Could you share how much time passed between CC and NER that last time you had this unpleasant experience?
Just for sake of curiosity.

Is there any chances that I might get AOR directly from the VISA office without getting the PER/NER?
Its already been 35 days since my BD was encashed....

However, our NOC is completely stuck..NOC 1123. Do any one of you have any updates on that?

I am a Dec 12th Applicant for the NOC..Please let us know of any updates for 1123. Or the CAP over??

I noticed that many applications have been halted. Is it possible that because of the new EE program, most of these pending applications will be consider and included in EE.
Do you think they have sorted only those applications that meet EE criteria from FSW 2014, while others that did not met will be return back. In this, they can avoid backlog from FSW 2014.

That's impossible. All applications sent before Jan 01 2015 will be considered for FSW2014 only!

That is not true coz there is not any MI for this issue. They consider all of applications before 1st Jan 2015 in FSW 2014 program.

no, it is not possible. they will firstly let you know if you have passed eligibility review or not.
between charging and getting an email about PER or NER it can pass two or more months. just be patient
