I am 2172 and my documents arrived on 21st NOV 2014, Still waiting for my CC to get charged.

Is any one on the same boat for Noc 2172 on 21st Nov 2014 got charged?

Previously I applied by quebec programm, and now I applied with federal program and lately was charged. Now the question is can I progress with both of them? Or should I suspend quebec one?

It is a bit early is it?

Basically i was the one who reported my CC charge on 5th Jan, and some more ppl started getting charged at same time and seeing old data some of the applicants got PER in 10 days to 2 weeks latest. That is why i was just checking.
