Y_y....i would tell the person to anticipate the charge anytime soon.

Yea...a November 27th applicant got his file returned today...didn't include copies of his degree with
his ECA certs.....so yea everybody's case is different.

I used DD so I know the wait may be a little while longer...using the time to cheer you guys on!!

We have waited long enough..

As I did not use my own credit card, I want to tell the owner to check it for me whenever I'm sure I am definitely charged.
By the way, I think NOC 2131 has a delay too as I found a mate waiting to get charged who is an Oct 30 applicant, but there might be a problem with his application as well!

To my understanding you do not.
You loose money only if PER is issued and later on application is deemed unsuccessful.

If you do get NER you do get refund.

I used CC mate and I would be lucky if I get charged. More so bcos I had sent updated fee payment form - rcbd by CIO after a week.

Hoping the cowboys would have included with the original application.

I had sent a querry a week ago, but no response from anyone. Please help me as I concerned about missing birth certificate of my Niece having Canadian PR and my brother. While all other documents of hers have been enclosed.

Additionally, I have also sent an affidavit from a Canadian Attorney confirming that her father (my brother) and are biological brothers.

Please help, as my application received on 28th November and charging date is fast approaching. So should I send a copy of the birth certificate separately now giving UCI reference number ?
