Hi Friends,


I was wondering, whether application will be rejected if we are not submitting the updated checklist in the application package. further I have launched my application on 14th November. Recently I have noticed that CIC has updated the Generic application IM0008 on November. Any idea when was this updated, i mean which date. Below the website the "DATE MODIFIED - 24-11-2014"

does these things affect my application


Please reply,i am stressed because of these two doubts.

Don't be stressed because its not an issue. All amendments are mere in every update. Moreover no rejection has been yet reported in 2014 for using slightly old forms. For generic, your package already had reached for days before. Be happy dude. You will get through.

One thing to clarify you guys that, CIC remain closed only on 25-26 of December, as of being one of the prominent part of federal department it is only allowed to remain closed to those 2 days. So, with this we can assume that our processing won't get affected by the festive season as thought before. Hope Santa blesses all we November applicants with good news on the very beginning of January.

My application was submitted in October 16th in Sydney...under NOC 4212... Just worried about the cap...

Dont worry if u not send up dated checklist.

But the required documents on up dated checklist must be sent them... checklist is a just reminder for an aplicant to attach all required documents, CIC work in their own style

HELLO peeps, it's good to be here among people I share the same submission month with, I pray we all have something to rejoice for come January, it's just around the corner .

As per the revesion of the Form/s, there is no change in the contants and only the date is changed. No worries bro, you are fine. CIC won't reject your application only because of not utilizing the latest revison of their forms. And moreover, the revesion was after the fact.
