your application is delivered by third party called loomies express.
to get the proof of delivery do the following.
1 call DHL to get the loomies express tracking number which will start by NET........
2 go to loomies express and put the reference number to the tracking details of your delivery, including the receiver .
3 click on view to find the signature of the receiver and save the document for future use.

Do you think that the number of received applications that is updated weekly are the applications which were given numbers and charged?. If yes, then these figures represent the applications which were probably received two or three months ago....

U r right with that logic. September applications are being charged now. Correct me if I'm wrong, the latest CC charge was for 11 Sep applicant.

Signature logically is required and advised by senior members. Everything is authenticated only by signature. So I would assume it is a must.

I'll recommend that u do sign. Ur sending a corrected document. Y bring in a mistake, u have a 3 month long wait ahead. Just sign it and ship it.

Hi Seniors

I need help i filed application on nov 11 reached 14th novn 2014

there are few mistakes into it.

1. I was able to get reference letter from my senior only, I have mentioned his name,designation, ph no. and email id - personal not official. but forgot to type on reference letter organization name. I have put up his visiting card into packet but has not stapled it with reference letter.

1. will they accept reference letter on a4 size plain paper, I have attached notarized copy of offer letter, and promotion letter & pay slips.
2. in reference letter his designation i have mentioned is manager accounts, in visiting card its manager accounts payable.
3. in reference letter my designation i have mentioned is asstt. manager accounts in promotion letter its asstt. manager accounts receivables

2. Birth certificate

I have attched my daughters birth certificate translated and notarized and her passport copy but forgot to attach birth cerficate copy which is in hindi

Please advice what kind of adverse impact on my application i will be having.


Should i apply in express entry as well

Hello mate

Here's a guideline for ref letter problems http://www.fsw2014.info/reference-letter-problems/ Take a call after that as to whether u did it right. I feel u should be okay.

Regarding birth certificate, u can send the forgotten copy as an addendum. It's bit late yet.
