Did you sent the Medicals and passports in the package ?

Application received Nov 19. Per Feb 13. Med/rprf and passport request mar 16.
I git call from courier today stating return of package from Canadian visa office.

My refusal was the first communication from CIO & I was suprise when they said my adaptability recieved zero point after all necessary documents were attached with my application., more advise required. My checklist was not queried, I believe strongly this was a complete case of error assessment. though no responce yet on my return mail for a review pls I need more comment on my case .

If you are claiming points for relatives did you submit all the required document like utility bill that was less than 6months

Yes, including bank statement, birth certificates of relevant relation & record of landing & PR card of my Canadian relative as per the checklist. every requirement was met & attached the CIO officer mail only talk about proving my adaptability by submiting the necessary birth certificates & all were added to my application. I am convinced its a case of assessment error. they never queried my checklist.

I have received return if pacakage I sent, which included passports, rprf and medical receipt. I have received visa now. My application package nt returned. Me gone clear. Canada hear I come

tnks I ve done that immediately the next day I recieved the CIO email & it has been recieved by at sydney on 01/04/15 but ve not gotten any acknowledgement from there nor its my status position reversed & all call to cic had not been successful to speak with an agent.

only has a problem with "o" key next to "i" key. now read it again and try to guess his/her score.

To the glory of God at 9:18 am PDT, I recieved my review letter stating positive elegibility from CIO, initial refusal had been corrected, DD charge 22/01/15, PER 15/04/15. all glory to God.
