As long as you're still within the 12 months time frame, so you can't tell them that there's a delay! I think you should receive your medical request soon

- yes it means that your medical results were accepted - it depends on your Visa office but usually 1-2 months - they give 30 days to submit your passport for stamping

Don't worry bro, my friend has a similar timeline and he received his MR and RPRF the other day, so definitely they are still working on November applicants
