Officer on CIC helpline number told me that my file has been transferred to Ottawa on 15th April.
My second line update says that"We have started processing your file on 18th June".
Neither my Consultant nor I have no email or written intimation of either of these updates.
What does that mean?

Anuradha generally what happens is after a SLU you get a MR and RPRF mail but since you have not received that mal you can only wait.
if you want to get an update you can ask the CIC helpline guys that you just want to be sure that has a mail gone out to you or not as you have not received it . i hope they help you out ..

if they don't you just have to wait for an update from CPCO..

I know man.... It's so frustrating... PPR was sent on 27th May and DM on 30th. Its been more than a month now.... Even (some) late Nov applicants have got PPR and passports back with visa. How crazy is that... :-\ :-\ :-\

All we can do is send emails to blackhole and call machines which tells us they are busy....

I know it's really hard but we can only wait ..CPCO has its own funny ways..
