The date written at the end of the forms like (8-2014)E etc. does it matter? if all questions on the form are same but I filled the form with this date (3-2014)F

I mean I downloaded forms in September and filled all but I waited for ECA report and submit my application on 14 Nov 2014 but today when I checked some forms like Economic classes, checklist and fee forms are the same but at the end different dates mentioned i.e (8-2014)F and (11-2014)E etc.


Please inform me CIC will reject documents only due to date mentioned at the end of forms even all questions were same.

If your case is deemed positive, it will be among ignorable.

for sure completeness check for september is long over and that of october is far gone,nov is around the corner.
completeness check for nov will commence this december and not next year.Have in mind that due to lesser application submitted these last months,waiting times will dropped drastically.we are currently seeing that as per cc and dd charge dates(now approximately 60 days as against 90-120 days for may,june and july applicants)

I won't rule out the possibility as the recent trends vindicates your observation and argument. 16 Sep getting charged in November itself ie 75 days.

However, it has also been observed that most of the Sep applications were returned. Therefore, CIO will have more legible applications to deal with in this month than the last month.

We can only speculate and. Hope for the best.

June Applicants
June applications are closed. Files have been transferred to the respective VOs

Majority of applications are closed and few applications still under review. Majority of applications are now at VOs.

Few applicants are still in the game.
CC Charging almost completed and few DD encashment still outstanding. PER issuance is on-going but almost over.

August Applicants
August applications are under consideration at the moment.
If no news from CIC as at Nov.20, 2014, this shows your application wasn't successful
and you must have received your returned application by now. You should reapply,
if NOC is not capped or start preparing for Express Entry, Jan 2015.
CC Charging almost over and a lot of DD encashment still outstanding. PER-Issuance started but very low.

September Applicants
Currently,applications are in the active stage
If application is unsuccessful as at Nov., 20 2014, your returned application is on the way from CIC and be ready to reapply,
if NOC is not capped or start preparing for Express Entry, Jan 2015.
CC Charging started 20/11/14, DD encashment outstanding. PER-No issuance for now.

October Applicants
Completeness check is currently going on now and this takes about 3-4 weeks in which charging starts after the completeness checks.
No cases of CC charging, DD encashment and PER for now.
Fee deduction likely start date could be 18/12/2014 or 22/12/2014 believing the weather condition is fairly good.

Note: Please check your spam/junk mail, the vital email (PER) from CIC might be there.

Friend – I have done Masters from Concordia University, currently I am in Canada on my work permit status. Applying for FSW. Need to know the following

1. IMM0008 (Generic application form for Canada) should I provide my UCI which I have been allotted for my visa renewal and work permit issuance
2. In the field of country of residents it ask for status and duration. My status is worker as I am currently holding work permit for duration do I ned to put in time from start of Masters (which is day one of landing) or should I put date on which I got my work permit status

My application reached cic on 13nov. Few doubts. Mode of payment is dd and hence i haven't filled the credit card section or signed it. However i have signed,towards the end of the form. Is this ok? Nextt doubt is i have placed the doc checklist on top of application, followed by generic form with the bar codes on top of generic form. Is this fine or should i have placed the bar coded pages even before the document checklist. Pls reply

You are perfectly fine. Thats the true order. CC information should be only filled if your payment mode is CC or else you have to leave it blank. The rest, with regard to the order mentioned is perfect....thats the true order defined by CIC.
