My NOC is also 2243 and application received date 17 september. My payment mode DD(Bank says it is still not encashed)
I did not hear anything from CIC till today

My noc is 0112. I had selected LVO as my visa office in generic application form. Today I have received my PER but no visa office is mentioned in it . Is it normal? And what does it mean.
