You need to call CIC call center on 0016139444000 between 08:00 am to 9:00 am candian time.

Then press the options 1,1,1,1,1,1,3 and 1,speak politely. If operator is kind enough he/she will give uci number or else u need to try

again and again.I got uci after 6 attemts ,Anyway Good Luck.

They will ask your name email id and other such details which can confirm you are the main applicant.

Also if you have android or iphone use hangouts app to call for free..

you need to try multiple times, they wont give such info straight away

I'm back after so long. Sorry for not showing up. Today, I've come back to share with you my journey of FSW application.

About my application

Few things about my case first. I'm a 12 Nov 1123 applicant. I had sent an updated fee payment form, as the original one had incorrect CC details. Reason for this mistake - it wasn't my mistake, so let's not dwell into it. The updated form was received on Nov 20 and I had sent an enquiry email to CIO asking for the acknowledgement of receipt.

CIO creates a ruckus

Today morning, I received a reply from them, after 61 days, that my application is found incomplete and it has been sent back on 14 Dec. I still have not received my application package though. I'm hoping to get it soon, so that I can use it to challenge or to apply for EE.

My perspective

My application was flawless and I had all bases covered. I'm curious to know what new blunder they must have committed this time around!! 1123 applicants - please don't worry about the cap. U all are in!!

I wish u all they very best wishes and may lord bless CIO with an eye to avoid them from oversights.

My quest continues...

Sorry to hear about the application. I was wondering why I did not see posts from you in the past few weeks. You are the founder member of this group. I hope you get a favorable decision in appeal process. I wish you Good luck for EE if you are considering.

By the Grace of Allah I just received an email from CIO which mentioned "Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified".
