It seems our NOC has reached dead end. :-\
Last charging reported was of 8th Oct Applicant and PER receieved on 23rd Jan 2015.
After that SILENCE
On top of it Mechanix has already made an entry in SS for application dtd 9th Oct returned back on 12/12/14 due to Cap fill.
Was Mechanix entry real.
Getting sick with above info shared by others......
However, still waiting and hoping

Hope all waiting freinds wud have applied in EE too

Yes you are right because already 907-applications were there as per CIC 16th december upate.

I guess that entry is not realistic coz CIC never capped our NOC. if mechanix application was returned the n 12-12-2 14 then why didn't CIC capped it n next update I.e. on 17 dec2014..????

Only time will tell.Just hang on tight and see what happens. I would apply for EE as soon as I know 2132 is capped.

As a motivation - No point in crying over spilt milk. If that bus has passed, so be it. Just keep trying.

I was devastated when my Sept 29th 2014 app was returned on December 15th for being incomplete. I have still completed and sent it in 2014. So I don't have high expectations.

Just remain calm and think for the next step till you achieve your goal. Thank you gentlemen.

I don't want to discourage you but it is a good choice to also apply parallely to Express Entry because as per 16th Dec update by CIC , there were 907 applications for this NOC. Therefore most probably this NOC was capped on or around 30th of Oct. But be optimisitc and hope for good, if your application is still with CIO.

Hi guys,
If there is any return of application, I think I will get it soon cause I live relatively close to NS. The last time my app was returned for being incomplete, I received the app in 3 working days.

Looks like my mailbox is empty and cc not charged till date. So there is some hope still in there.

Did anyone try to call CIC and asked about status of your application? Since after 10 weeks of submitting the application, applicant is eligible to ask by calling CIC officer..

I have called CIC officers 5x this year and the response is usually the same - ''Your application is yet to be processed and we cannot provide UCI number, please send a mail to cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca"

Can i call CIC in behalf of my husband?because he is the PA for NOC2132. If that's the case I should be starting to apply for EE rather than wait.
