Today i called up CIO nova Scotia.They told that my application has been returned on 28 jan 2015 and You ll receive the application in end of feb 2015

If 2172 is capped, chances are that they will hold on to some application to see if the ones already charged do not make it through Per or Medical or Police clearance etc. At this stage they will begin to add the next application date for 2172 based on FIFO. Once they get the successful 1000 applicant they will start to return the other application.

If the cap is not filled probably the CIC staff handling the NOC 2172 have been drag to EE or they place a hold/suspension on the NOC due to errors etc. Probably the staffs are bereaved.

The hope there for any one that does not meet the CAP should start working on express entry

NOC 2171, application package received at CIO on 20 OCT, just called CIO to know the status they said ur application received on 20 Dec and has been mailed back on 12th of February. doesn't matter if it had received on either of the dates but sounds weird as they seem to be playing with dates.

Every day i visit this website and become more hopeless,because losers of 2171&2173&2174 have sent their application for 2172 or you can see newcomers to website saying"Hi i have applied for 2172".Neither they have got charged nor let us be charged.

I can understand that you are getting restless but it's a bit far fetched when you start blaming other people that you are not getting charged. Like you other people have ambitions and if they have worked in that NOC, i don't see any reason why they shouldn't apply.

My application reached CIC on Aug 14th. However,my consultant informed me, on Oct 31st, that CIC came back saying that my mother's name is not the 10th certificate(ICSE). He asked me to send an affadivit and that must have reached CIC in the second week of november. After that, I do not have any information from CIC (I am in touch with my consultant regularly). I am not sure whether I am within the CAP or not. I cannot apply for express entry as I do not have UCI number

Your consultant is a big liar !! CIC never asks for the documents missed in the application during the first stage ( before charging you) , sadly they just return the documents.
Your consultant might have received the documents back from CIC and they might have applied again in Nov second week, unfortunately by then the Cap was full for 2173.

Mostly he is cooking up some stories to avoid telling you about the rejection, sorry for being direct , but mostly this will be the case if he re-applied in 2173.
Get a clear picture from them ASAP and apply for Express Entry. All the best !!

I have few queries. I have 7 years of experience

• 1st Company 5.5 years :- Software Developer

• 2nd /Current Company: 1.5 years : Test Lead

1) Under which NOC can i apply? Which NOC does my 1st experience suit and Which one for the 2nd? Which one would be better to apply for?
2) Are the reference letters needed from both the companies or only the current company?
3) Can you please share the official checklist for FSW 2014
4) When can i submit PCC? Should it be right away or later?
5) When should i start maintaining balance in my account from and how much is needed to be maintained (2 people)?

When I submitted my application , I was not in good terms with my manager so I gave my colleagues reference who also works as a manager.....however, today he got a call from my company HR asking for verification ( about Y did he acknowledge the reference letter as my manager when he is not) He got afraid and denied his acknowledgement ......now tomorrow they may call me regarding this.... I am scared I may lose the job also curious what if they send negative feedback from my company..... now my question is how do they verify the job details....do they call directly HR or the reference...what could be consequences ....please help.... vious Employers to verify Work Experience

just thought of sharing this, one of my friend from New Delhi who had sent a file on 14th Sept for NOC 2173 has received the file back today.

Now I am waiting for mine too ..
