Just an update NOC 2171, app received 25th Sept, written a mail for CIC search enquiry on dec 3, received a reply today as below

Dear Sir/Madam

To conduct a proper search of our records we require:
· Applicants full name as per passport

· Date of Birth

· UCI # (if known)

Just an update, I just got back my file from CIC. Reason for return is that the application was received after the 1000 cap was completed.

This is for NOC 2171; Sept 15 application.

Still waiting for CC to be charged ! I've been calling the bank every couple of days to check if i have any transactions on my credit card.
I see in SS that the last 2172 charged is from 10th Dec. And the last PER is from 7th Nov.

And now I am worried!
Please advice!

Application received date is 3rd Nov or 3rd Dec 2014? If it's 3rd Nov 2014 then get in touch with CIC or check your email properly along with spam folder.

This is really un-interpretable attitude on part of CIO. December applicants are getting charged, that is good. But why November applicants are left behind, no explanation.

I am happy to be charged (Dec. 10, Feb 2). But reading posts of applicants before my app. received date who have yet to be charged brings sadness on my part. Somewhere, somehow- I think only CIC knows what's happening during the processing of our applications. I just hope they are sensitive enough to send emails to rejected applicants because having to wait and carry the agony is really something that can cause paralysis in delay routines.
