Yes, either your university send the copies of your degree certificate and transcripts within university sealed and signed envelope or they hand over the sealed envelope to you and you send it to WES. I opted for the latter and got my documents evaluated successfully. All the best.

For the second choice, if university send by itself, do they still need to authenticate on each mark sheets then place it into university sealed and signed envelope, right? or just photocopies of my degree certificate and marksheets with university sealed and signed envelope?

It is very urgent. Can anyone here guide me on what to send as proof of experience?-Appointment/contract letter,confirmation letter,payslips,promotional letter,leave letter(These letters are secondary that could further proof and strengthen your work exp)
I have around six years of experience.
I have the experience letter(of 5 years) from my past employer, but in it only my last designation and duration of my service is mentioned-Your salary per annual must be stated in the letter.Weekly hour as well.
My roles and responsibilities are not mentioned-Your roles and responsibilities must be mentioned as CIC is mainly look for this. Will it work?Better go for a new ref letter please.

I got my WES evaluation report back in Sep 2014. My university is Visveswariah Technological university, Karnataka. I sent the transcripts myself - I used organization ClearTranscripts (http://cleartranscripts.com) and they got the transcripts in a sealed envelope from my university after getting my signature on authorization form and they sent it to WES directly. Using ClearTranscripts take time, so if it was now, I would have gone myself to the university to get the transcripts.
My transcripts were not attested but were in a sealed envelope. I got a scanned copy retuned from ClearTranscripts so I am aware of this.

If you are sending via university, yes, sender address must be university address. But it should include the WES Reference number on the envelope (this is very important)
