Why have the other applicants of 2173 after 12th Aug not got their file returned due to cap fill? By the way, does CIC send any mail regarding file being returned?

I am totally confused...am I the only one that is lost in CIC's logic now? Applications sent on day X are returned due to cap reached , then CC charged for applications sent on day X+n. So, anything is possible...
I am sweating now more than 2h at gym looool

Hi Seniors ,

I am June applicant waiting for MR , i was having some cough from almost 20 days , did'nt think of it as a big deal , but since i was waiting for MR and was checking the forum with people getting TB, that got me worried. Hence i went for Xray just to check and found out i have Bronchitis , ( Branchovascular markings are prominent ).

Doc suggests an antibiotic treatment for next 7 - 10 days , can any one please suggest what to do now and whether Bronchitis is big enough for me to actually worry and whether NDVO will consider this similar to TB and delay my processing

FYI - i have not got MR yet , and am expecting it within next 10 days ( PER - 8th oct ) 11 June app

How could this be possible when an applicant of earlier date was returned due to CAP limit has reached but sep applicant has been charged..

Dear forum member "abs24" Congrats!!... but I personally find very difficult to believe after so many forum members got rejected because of Cap full even from Aug 20!
In this difficult waiting time could you please provide some more details about your case and probably some prove that you are right?
Otherwise please stop paying with peoples minds! I bet you don't want to be in their skin these days!!!
