I am planning to apply in NOC 2171 at 27 Nov. How much is the chance to be filled in the cap? Also what about for 2172?

Hi SMO,
The chances are very thin..but nothing wrong to apply at this stage. The current status of 553 is at the end of August.i.e, 50% of cap reached from May to August. So all the best, you may be in the rest of 50%..

What if We send our file after Cap is Full, Will they Return it immediately after Receiving the file, or they will Give us UCI number and taking all the details under which you applied.

And How much time it can take to receive your file back?

Are you sure that CCs were charged for end of August applicants for NOC 2173 ? May be this news you got from some where. As far my observation, last application charged was August 12.

Please let me know if you are certain about it.

My app for NOC 2173 reached CIC on 14th Oct. I'm very much worried that I can fallwith in CAP limit. At the same time, I have 2+ years expereince in database handling in both SQL Server & Oracle.
My Question is:

1. Is it possible to apply for 2172 even if we applied for another NOC?
2. what is the possibility, if I apply for 2172 within 5days?
3. What is the possibility to fall within CAP for 2173 - October 14th receive?

As suggested in this forum I have called 0016139444000, but they said that they don't have access to application data for applications outside canada.

My application received on 16th oct for 2173.Since Cap is filled I planning to apply for 2172.
I worked as database developer for 3 years. Can I apply for 2172 december 1 week.
I sent my IELTS and My husband IELTS score card to CIC. Do I need to wait to get IELTS report from CIC(until my app received).
or How I can get my and his IETLS report from British council and IDP.
Apart from this two docs rest of documents are ready to apply.

Please suggest me some ideas whether go with this choice or I can wait for EE.

Please provide some ideas about EE.
Will it be easy process to get PR than FSW or reverse.?

If your mode of payment is DD,call the issuer to know if it has been encashed.
If it is CC,please ask from your card issuer if there was any attempt by CIC to charge your card.
