Unfortunately, I need 2 more weeks to arrange the required funds to apply for the NOC 2172.

Will it be successful if I apply before 7th of December? Will it reach on time and within the cap?

What is the last charged date for NOC 2173? My application reached on Sep-4th. Any chances of getting PER?

Have not seen anyone getting charged from any NOC in the past week. Has anyone seen any NOC getting charged since last week?

This thread is silent since long which itself tells the story. However I am still optimistic for Sept candidate who filed for 2173. My file received on 15th Sept. Chances are thin though as we are not aware about rest applicants those are not in SS.

My Payment mode is CC and I am calling Bank each day, but banker says no international transaction request.

My spouse's IELTS score is 5.5 in writing and rest all 6. Can we apply him as a primary applicant in 2171/2172.

When will they send my Application back? My Application was received on 16th July 2014 under 2174. I have not heard anything from CIC yet. I don't know what to do? When will I receive my application? :'(

I need to know something regarding the fund.My application(2172) received on 6th October.I have attached bank letter that 11824$ available in bank account.
Now how long i need to maintain this amount in the bank. Is it okay if my account balance will go below 11824$.

He does not meet the minimum requirement on language for the FSW program.
Minimum band score is 6 for all the 4 modules.
He must rewrite the IELTS again please.

If application is unsuccessful as at Nov., 20 2014, your returned application is on the way from CIC and be ready to reapply,
if NOC is not capped or start preparing for Express Entry, Jan 2015.
CC Charging started 20/11/14, DD encashment outstanding. PER-No issuance for now.

October Applicants
Completeness check is currently going on now and this takes about 3-4 weeks in which charging starts after the completeness checks.
No cases of CC charging, DD encashment and PER for now.
Fee deduction likely start date could be 18/12/2014 or 22/12/2014 believing the weather condition is fairly good.

Note: Please check your spam/junk mail, the vital email (PER) from CIC might be there.

Hi,

I have several questions about the application, and I would appreciate your help.
I have applied under NOC 2171, my application reached CIC on the 18th November. I know that it is highly unlikely that I make it in the cap, so I am thinking on alternatives.
I have the following job history:
Company A: 4 years experience in NOC 2171
Company B: 2 years 9 months experience part-time (28 hours a week), my job role perfectly covers both NOC 2171 and 2172 (IT business and data analyst).
I submitted my application under NOC 2171, but my question is: could I use my current role (company B) to apply under 2172 as well? Would there be a confusion if the same job appears as 2171 on one application and 2172 on the other?
Also, I sent in a few original documents on my first application, so I only have copies. If I submit a second application before I hear from CIC on the first one, can I say that my original documents are with CIC, so I can only submit copies at this stage, and send the originals if/when my first application is returned?
Alternatively, I might just wait for EE in January 2015. Which would you recommend?
Another question: my home country gave me a police certificate and they say it is valid for 3 months. Would I need to reapply for a new certificate every 3 months until my application is approved by CIC, or would they consider that valid for 1 year from the created date instead of 3 months?
