Hello all.

I will be dispatching my FSW application documents tomorrow from India. My NOC code is 2173. Do you think I stand a chance in qualifying?

I read somewhere in the post that CIC has not touched the applications submitted in June. So I am worried now. What you people say?

Send as soon as possible. There are different theory about capping but you should follow the optimistic one.

Hi Zstream,

Any idea about the capping theory ? Different people tell different stories...

Between, what does PER Positive Eligibility review and RPRF right of permanent residence fee mean? How are AOR and PER different? PER is issued by CIO when your application is accepted for further review by VO. AOR - acknowledgement of receipt is issued by some VOs when they recieve your application for further review from CIO

See above, cheers.

Your previous question was unclear to me also. Please try to explain the queries with proper English.

Hi, bearing in mind that FSW 2014 opened in May, this is September and the CIC update is that 233 applications have been issued PERs (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp). CIO is still processing applications received in May and then will start on those received in June, July, August before treating September. It's possible you guys can make the cap, I wish you the best.

You should be fine. The figures in cic site is most likely based on completeness check. Some assumes they have done completeness check till end of June.

thanks zstream, your comment give me some hope here... hope its completeness check so 2174 will last a bit longer. my application was a bit late tho. pray for it...

So that means cap has already been filled, and one more question at what stage of the process application will is eligible to go in cap.

Hello Guys.... I have dispatched my documents today. Hope it will take another 4-5 days to reach CIC office.

My NOC code is 2173.... Any idea about till what date CIC has last counted the applications?

I read someone mentioned June 1st week.. Another person mentioned it as May last week... Any reliable source on this info?

What are my chances in falling with in the 1000 cap?

Please reply guys... I' worried. :( :( :( :( :(

Ow accurate is the fsw global spreadsheet? It shows 2171 is still open but threads here say it closed in July? Does 2171 have a shot?
