Would you please help me to clarify some questions? I am filling in the immigration forms and I am blocked at some points.
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
1.If one member of my family has died, how should I fill in the form? Would it be ok if under "marital status" I write deceased and for "present address" I write N/A?
Generic Application [IMM 0008]
1.What should I write under UCI?
I am Romanian but I have been living in Belgium since 6 years. I have permanent residence here.
2.Regarding the "national identity document", which info should I provide? the one related to my residency in Belgium or my national ID from Romania?
3.I am resident in Belgium. does that mean that my local VO is Paris?
4.Section "Education/Occupation detail" what should I write under "number of years of education in total"? primary+secondary+univ years? Or just univ years?
Schedule 3- Economic Classes-Federal Skilled Workers [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3
1In section Language there is a question whether my spouse or common-law partner is proficient in English or French.I am single, what should I reply? I have only options NO and YES. NO, I suppose...
Normally I should write N/A but I can't, or can I?
2.I have to write the ammount of settlement funds in canadian dollars but my bank certificate will be in euros, lets say 12k euros
What should I write then in the form? the value of those 12k euro in canadian dollars?
3.Any negative impact if I have no assets or liabilities?
Supplementary Information -Your Travels [IMM 5562]
1.As I mentioned before, I am living in Belgium, however I work in Luxembourg. Actually, I live at 2mins walking from the border with Luxembourg.
So, in the morning I drive to my office from Lux and when the program is over I go back home, in Belgium.
Should I write that from 2008 until present I went to Luxembourg for work? the point is that I didn't live in Luxembourg during this time period.
