I understand these numbers are back dated from June and currently these mentioned NOC might have closed but how can you be so sure about it ?

Do you work for CIC or have some inside information?

As far as I know, we can just guess that might be the situation but they might not be just capped yet, there might still be a seat or two available, do you agree ?

plzz telll .. bcz when i asked the transcripts to clerks in universty.... they seemed bit confused... so rather they give me wrong documents... plz teel frnds....

You need an envelope containing your transcripts sealed by university (you can send marksheets n convocation certificate attested by controller of examination in the university in that same envelope). Along with this envelop you need to put passport photocopy n WES application form in a A4 size envelop. You need to create an account at WES site.

On the envelop you can mention application reference number.

Even i m not sure but what i have heard is, it is a document which describes all your subject during the course and how many marks you got in each attempt. It also describes if university has GPA system. Other details are about university to identify whether it is recognized or not....

When you create an account with WES put all details then pay fees so you will get application number...

For those that are IT professionals as at today,you only have only
two NOCs you can go for.
These are 2172 and 2281
Warning-Watch out as 2281 may be capped on or before end of Oct.2014

How can we know which code is filling up fast ???

2281 is Computer network technicians . The CIC website shows that it has received only 193 applications till 19th september , 2014 .

Can you please throw some light ?

If you fall under these closed NOCs,do think of an alternative 45 NOCs that are still available
to submit your application.
This summary is a guide to know that you should be proactive and act as soon as possible as
many potential candidates are now receiving their ECA reports as the rate of filing may be
increased from Oct 2014 upwards.

Join this thread, keep an eye on the spreadsheet and other people comments. Watch closely for the caps update.
Get yourself register in the spreadsheet.
And you can look at the information what spreadsheet tells you. However this spreadsheet doesn't represent the world. But gives you a brief idea on what's going on right now in this forum.

Thank You. Yes I have registered in that spreadsheet. From the spreadsheet, the june applications are now in process of charging. So that means 343 quota is filled with May applications only. If June,July,Aug applications will not fill remaining 650, then only I will have a chance.

Aug submission under this NOC is with 2% chance of being within the cap.
You might be the lucky 1000th applicant,who knows.
Just think of a back up please.

Well, I had applied for 0112 as well on the same date from Toronto itself (i.e. on August 10 2014) but I am not so confident on my roles & responsibilities as a HRM. Will I still get an acknowledgement/PER for 0112, you think? I am applying for BOWP next month so asking..Tx

You will definitely get PER under that NOC,if your roles are satisfactory to the case worker.
