Hi All,

The acceptance of my application was true.
I do not have access to log in to the forum from work as the site is blocked, hence could not reply to the posts.This doesn't mean that I have posted a lie!!!

I already have a job offer letter from Canada.
I guess this is why mine was accepted.

SUGGESTION:If you are yet to send your application to the NOCs with these high figures by now,
I will humbly advice you go for the alternative NOCs as they have almost the same main duties
as the highly demanded NOCs.
If you think you still want to go for these hot about to be capped NOCs by now,you can always
try but think twice before you send your application under them.

Your initial analysis has been bang on ..at least about all IT noc's . I remember yo saying that september applicants for 2171 i unlikely.. which has turned out to be true...You always maintained that the progression is definitely not linear. One question about NOC 2172 ..when do you see this capping? thanks ...

Krishna just relax, on nov 9th 553 for 2171 was announced n this is only completeness check till aug end, 447 apps is the comp check again as on 22nd Nov, which includes sept n pron 1st week of oct, the logic is first comp check n then charging, they cannot charge directly with out completeness check, 2174 was charged till end of july even though it was capped I think early july, I think its illogical if u say that cic charged 447 apps in 13days-2days=11days both cc n dd while last cc is charged for 7th r 8th sept n dd for 5th august. Guys stay alive (sept is in n 1st r 2nd week of oct as well)

have we found 447 Apps between Nov 9th till Nov 22nd in any SS, Global SS or from any other source, bcoz as on Nov 9th it was 553 for 2171 this was till aug 28th, so till Nov 22nd it was 1000 and they have completed completeness check for the remaining 447 Apps which includes Sept and Prob Oct, if people say Nov 22nd was the last they charged where are the 447 Apps i dont even find atleast 10% like 50 Apps in any of the SS or any other source for 2171, they are focuing first on charging august n prob sept 2nd was one off, charging will presume...

Folks- please advise - I am in some trouble i think..

I sent my app few days back after which I noticed that a newer version of - generic app form was released in november, with the only change being they removed the 'Visa office' field from it, while i used the form that was released in august-2014

Will my app get rejected ?
OR
will they just ask me to send the updated version of the form without having to send the whole application again ?

If they send back the whole application, it will take long time to reach me, and since they would not accept apps post december-2014, really worried..

When is the last date that CC or DD got charged for NOC 2173 ..
Is sept applicants are still in the game for 2173..
Any updates regarding 2173 will be helpfull..

Due to the early capping of other IT professions,a lot of IT applicants
will be looking at filing their applications into NOC 2172.
Nevertheless,we should be looking at Jan 2015 earliest for this NOC.
This could accommodate few lucky February applicants.

you are right. cic website clearly says it will accept apps only before Jan2015.

FSW 2014 ends Apr.2015 and EE starts Jan 2015 meaning the 2 will run concurrently please.
No ministerial instructions yet that FSW 2014 will be closing on the 31st Dec 2014 so as for
me FSW 2014 will run till 2015.
People should be proactive towards submission of their applications.
