How it is possible for 2173 Aug 25 application to get PER mail, whereas many applicants whose app received date Aug 13 are still waiting without any app returned physically or email from CIO ?


i'm aug 22 appilcant 2173, got my application returned, reason cap filled.

Can you share the time line when your file got returned?

Sep 16 Noc 2173 applicant here.
As the cap for 2173 is filled, i applied under 2172 again it is expected to reach CIC by dec 25th.
My problem i dont have Ielts result(second Copy).
So i have kept the photocopy of my ielts result with a covering letter stating that my ielts original copy is already with CIC.
Will CIC accept my app as 2172 has good chances ? :'(

You could have ordered a 2nd copy of your IELTS scores..no? Anyways...I'm not entirely sure whether a photocopy would be accepted. Keep your fingers crossed. Good Luck man

i have ordered it by 18th december.. but idp said that it will take 10 to 15 days to get the second copy to reach me.. as i dont have that much time i dont have anyother options.. so tried my luck :'(

I saw SKumar's last reply on this forum, he applied in 2171. Anyways, i have sent him personal message to confirm. I think 16 more 2173 apps have chance as per cic site so lets see who are those lucky 13.

NOC - 2172
