so if one gets ner after cc or dd charged there is no refund??
though i am yet to receive communication of any kind...and plan to apply for express entry only after my docs are returned...if ever.
it seems that has to be max 4 months from november 12th, 2014 i.e the date when cap was reached for 2173.

Many people say that NOC 2173 has been capped for applicants after Aug 12. There are a couple of applicants in the main FSW 2014 thread that confirmed that their documents from Aug 13 are back, but that depends of the region they are there were some lucky one located within Canada that received their documents back in a couple of days..

Most probably(because nothing is certain when talking about CIC),Applications that has gone through completeness check but yet to go through "Eligibility Review" ,.

Although I am not very hopeful despite 161 applications are waiting for MI acceptance review.

The question remains- are all these 161 applications got CC/DD charged or not ?

How it is possible for 2173 Aug 25 application to get PER mail, whereas many applicants whose app received date Aug 13 are still waiting without any app returned physically or email from CIO ?

It might be a dubious entry. Can you send link to who is making such a claim?

Dont trust SS, send personal message to that person to confirm.

I saw SKumar's last reply on this forum, he applied in 2171. Anyways, i have sent him personal message to confirm. I think 16 more 2173 apps have chance as per cic site so lets see who are those lucky 13.
