I ve 9 years experience and worked from executive level to managerial positions.
what i did is to make heading of every position (e.g. HR Manager, HR executive etc..) under tht duration spent on tht position, salary , benefits. .. followed by 8 to 10 core functions in bullet form also seggrated by sub headings (e.g. recruitment, employee relations, training etc..) showing function wise work details of every position i had held..resulted in 7 page letter of reference...
In simple words follow the instructions of cic clearly mentioned in Document check list.

One more question do I need to write an explanatory summary or a cover letter to highlight my eligibility while sending my application ?
