I have doubts!

I went through the photocopies of my application yesterday and i saw both the original and photocopy of my experience letter for my first job (2004-2007)! but the original Job Description is with me, which means that the photocopy of the job description was sent but without the experience letter. Will that make any issue?

My experience letter from 2008-present was sent anyway.

Please advise seniors!

No issue please.
You are okay even with 2008-present.
Go and relax as well as enjoy your day.
Good luck

Hey JR,

Give some rest to your efficient brain...

the Spreadsheet can't get you all the correct answers... :D Even I haven't updated the spreadsheet...

and Ours is a COLD NOC... so chill... enjoy the waiting ;)

Hey Vishal,

Dont worry about my efficient brain (and thanks for the compliment, i accept it :) ), not doing any harm to anyone :) This was more of an attempt at understanding the spreadsheet...

And you not having updated the SS reconfirms the fact that there are indeed more people from our NOC on this forum than the nos. being updated by CIC.... hence, whenever they do update the real nos., it will increase substantially, if not the same as other hot NOCs...

I am chilling...in no hurry at all :).... i know the outcome will be positive (God willing)...

Will look forward to hear a lot of positive news from this NOC and very soon....

cheers!!

Hi everyone,

I am new in this forum and interested in applying FSW under NOC 0112. Hope it will not be too late. I have around 5 years working experiences in the human resource area. My question is do I need a bachelor degree related to human resource program and I will be eligible to apply under NOC 0112?

I saw the information below on the webpage of National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2011.

"Employment requirements
A bachelor's degree in a field related to personnel management, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology or Completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is required.
Several years of experience as a personnel officer or human resource specialist are required."

My bachelor degree in science, and then I was working in a human resource field for 5 years. After 5 years working experiences, I took a master program in Mater of commerce (human resource management and industrial relations). However, I did not have any working experiences related to human resource areas after I got my master degree. So I am worried will I get reject as this qualification issue?

Please give me some advices, I would be appreciated.

Many thanks,

My question is do I need a bachelor degree related to human resource program-You don't need to have in a related area. and I will be eligible to apply under NOC 0112?-Yes,you are eligible since you have 5 years experience in human resources area.

I saw the information below on the webpage of National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2011.

"Employment requirements-Disregard this statement when applying under FSW as this is not considered during the application processes
but might be required before being employed in Canada.

A bachelor's degree in a field related to personnel management, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology or Completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is required.
Several years of experience as a personnel officer or human resource specialist are required."

So I am worried will I get reject as this qualification issue?Your application will not be rejected
once your reference letter follows the CIC guidelines and it captures the lead statement of NOC 0112 and you are able to perform at least 60-70%
of the main duties.

Please give me some advices, I would be appreciated.-Good luck

Many thanks,
