I am applying under the 0112 NOC. The current employer(one of India's biggest IT companies) refuses to give me my job responsibilities on a letter head saying they do not have a process of issuing such letters and my supervisor also refuses to do so saying it wll be a process violation. Kindly advise how should I go about it. Also the previous employers though they have obliged have mentioned briefly the job responsibilities.
Also is designation critical for applying as IT companies have their own terminology to define roles.
