If CC is charged, does it mean application is ok?

Yes this is for all names.. section A is for ur self, spouse and parents. Sec. B is for children whereas section C is for ur siblings. U hv to write all names.

Write the names in NAME column in such a way tht both english and native language gets fit in the box. I did the same.
Write Not Applicable or N/A on boxes which are not applicable on u.

Right now 0112 has a status of cap 201, what are predictions if some body has applied on November 2nd 2014. will this cap remain open for November applicants???? what are your views????
This figure 201 for cap is for which date? wither it count charged applications or PER received applications or Just this application who has passed completeness check just????

Cap of 201 refers to the applications dated by Sept 11 which CIC have done completeness check for. You can get the amount of 0112 applications from Sept 11 to date from the SS, and the actual application amount will be about 4 times of it.

What i did was the same as u said.. filled the form in english, took printout and thn hand written in native language within NAME box.

Separate sheet might work but not 100% sure abt tht
