last minute december applicant, app arrived on 31. dec

according to spreadsheet, december applicants will start being charged any day now (last charge in spreadsheet: 28. november)

Last CC charged in our NOC (2281) Nov 23rd applicant. We still don't know if Dec applicants are still IN in the capped..

That's not correct. one of the first december already got his CC charged. Also i think that you have not been following the forum for a while. All the applicants from Nov 21 till Nov 28 have already got charged. Since yesterday and today CIO have already started dealing with December applications. Therefore in next week applications from 1st December till 10th December would have been charged hopefully if CIO continues to do the completeness check at current rate which is 1.5Days of applications per day as I have explained in my previous post.

As spreadsheet of FSWP2014 on the forum CIO has done completeness check and charged applications received from 22nd Oct,2014 till 1st December,2014
Means approximately 40-days of applications got charged within a period of 23-days.
So CIO is working roughly at the rate of 1.82-Days of applications per day of January 2015.
If hopefully they continue with the same rate or continued to increase their rate of charing further then hopefully all december applications would have been charged within coming 16-days or less.

Means all of December applicants should expect good news prior to 8th of Feb,2015.

wow, now 1.8 days is 20% speed up from 1.5 days previous estimation!
Dec apps were much heavier than Nov, I am with 1.5 days or less, means Dec apps will charge to or after 15th of Feb.

My application received date is 4th Dec 2015 for NOC 2172 and payment mode is DD.

With all the trend, when I can expect or check with bank to verify that DD is encashed or not?
