I sent my passport to Ottawa yesterday and now I'm waiting for the return package. Given that I plan to land in one of in-canada CIC offices (without crossing the border), I was wondering if it is possible to book my appointment now before getting the COPR/VISA?

Just now the tracker got activated...
PP received on 8th Jan and tracker activated on 14th..
