Hi everyone, I sent my passport to Ottawa yesterday and now I'm waiting for the return package. Given that I plan to land in one of in-canada CIC offices (without crossing the border), I was wondering if it is possible to book my appointment now before getting the COPR/VISA?

I am amazed by their algorithm for selecting applicants to send PPR. To me, it looks like "last come, first served"!. Many December and November applicants getting DM/PPR while there are still Sept/Oct. applicants.
