A friend has found the following line on his ecas after he got DM few days ago:

We sent you correspondence on January 8, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

He called CIC twice. The first agent refused to give him any info and told him since you hadn't received the subject email, you should wait for 30 days before calling us back.

The second agent has told him that the correspondence wasn't an email. It's a regular mail sent to him and he also refused to give him any hint about its content.

He's not. He's an Egyptian applicant with the following file info:

He already did before.
His latest notes revealed that all the required documents were received and that his file was sent to Officer review (Appears RFV).
I hope it's not something to worry about and that it'd be a mistake or misunderstanding with the agent
