Finally CIC has given Clear Instructions Regarding Email correspondence with clients, to their staff in Visa offices and now each email correspondence must be recorded in GCMS as per the latest Operational Bulletin published by CIC on their official web link:-

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2016/ob265A.asp

Operational Bulletin 265-A – January 8, 2016--Email communication with clients---Effective date:Immediately
Summary:This Operational Bulletin (OB) provides guidelines for email communication with clients. It applies to all lines of business with paper-based applications in the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) network. It includes instructions on how to save a sent email in the Global Case Management System (GCMS) and provide evidence of sent emails for litigation purposes.---
Good improvement. Thanks for the update.

My gcms notes already had every record of communication in it. I was impressed. There were also comments like received email inquiry about document completion sent standard reply - officer XYZ.

These were my first GCMS notes so I assumed it has to have those.

to everyone who have received DM but not PPR yet. there is a chance that it is rejected. I just saw this case at another thread:

http://www.trackitt.com/canada-discussion-forums/canadian-experience-class/1070541329/online-status-say-decision-made-but-no-passport-request

I didn't know that such thing could happen :o :o :-\

Ali,
For most of them its DM first and then ppr. So nothing to worry. Till now the environment is very positive. So dont read these threads. Chance of positive decision is 99.x%. So its all good buddy.
If there is any problem with medicals then they would have asked for detail medical test.

the rejection here wasn't about medicals. it was about his wife not declaring a rejected visitor visa.

I am worried that in my notes they said that i studied in canada under a grant and i have to return to my home country. which is not true.

The reason was different. Her TRV application was rejected on grounds of misrepresentation, which entails prohibition of new applications for two or five years. They applied for FSW nonetheless and got rejected eventually.

defiantly but you would think that they would notice it during eligibly review or at least before asking them to do medicals.

do you think i should inform CIC that i didnt receive any scholarship from my home country that requires me to go back home? i didnt care before because i thought it might be a human mistake or a glitch in the system. thank you.

Probably it popped up during security screening, which took place after meds. As per your question, I think they would have sent you a procedural fairness letter if the had any concerns about your file, so I believe you are good, but don't take it as legal advice and approach a lawyer if you have a valid concern.
