Anybody knows how we could possibly track our passports back from CIC?

Put FedEx tracking on google and it will take you their webpage for tracking packages ..just put the no. And you would be able to track the packages !!

Yes the tracking no. Are mentioned on the bills you have received while shipping ur passports ..

Fedex guys asked to use the Fedex account for Return Envelops. Did you also use the Fedex account for Return envelops or they billed you now itself with your credit card?

Diplomatru has disabled his private messaging ..

Well getting rejected after medicals is rare it only happens if you have any criminality in your background checks ..

That's my take on it diplo can give you a better answer !!

As you said I made a FedEx account and created a prepaid return tracker which I sent along with a envelope with my passports !!

Thanks. Was this prepaid return tracker generated against the Fedex International Airway Bill Ticket or is it the same as the Airway Bill Ticket? There is a tracking number on this ticket but Fedex is saying that this tracking number might change.

Not to me ..when I generated the return shipping label the tracking no. Was generated the same time and they said that's the no. I need to see to track my passports on return .

Finally CIC has given Clear Instructions Regarding Email correspondence with clients, to their staff in Visa offices and now each email correspondence must be recorded in GCMS as per the latest Operational Bulletin published by CIC on their official web link:-
