So, I haven't been in the forum for a while...I figured I was just driving myself nuts so I decided to just not think about the whole process for a while. I have been checking eCAS about 1x per week though...just to see if anything new is there. I just checked and now when I log in, instead of saying "In Process" it says "Decision Made"

I haven't gotten any emails though on the matter. I wonder what that means. I guess decision made could be one way or the other. A while back I only had 3 lines...#1, 2, and 4 below...then all of a sudden line 3 was added...very strange....now it is still the same 4 lines but on the previous page it says Decision Made instead of "In Process"...How long has it taken you all to receive an email after this Decision Made appears on your eCAS? It seems some people get an email first and then later it changes to Decision Made.

You'll probably get RFV email until the end of this week.

Thanks buddy. Tracking number for the sending package was activated online immediately for you or took a while?

I could track the package once the barcode was scanned, and now it's on the way to ottawa. How is your tracking #?

Congrats to anyone who has received PPR and I am sure the others turn will come soon! ;)

Since last night I have been able to track it. I guess they update it with a lag sometimes. By the way, did you make it signature required?

I am sure they will not keep you waiting for long kwyatt75. Let us know when you get it, eh? :-)

For me it didn't activate at all, but the package was delivered. I filed a complaint with Canada Post and they refunded me eventually.
Diplomatru, Canada post is not that much accurate in terms of online tracking system. But most of the time they deliver the package! ;)

Definitely!

Hey I was wondering....not counting chickens before they hatch...but provided it is a positive decision, for you or others who have landed...is a US bank statement print out showing funds acceptable as proof of funds? I'm probably going to land and then come back later and I'd rather not take it in other formats or transfer to a Canadian account until the complete move later. I have visited Canada many times before as a US Citizen visitor and I know I can access the funds via my debit cards etc. for my landing for any payments, etc. I may need to make.

Actually, you can count the chickens already. The decision is 100% positive at this stage. Once your papers reach the printing location, they will send you the letter, so technically you can celebrate already. As per your question, your bank statement is a perfectly legit POF, so use it by all means.

From what I understand, if you are from a country that doesn't require a visa like the US or the UK, then you will just get COPR and will not be required to submit your passport as you do not need a visa. Correct me if I'm wrong, Diplomatru.
