Well the P.O. box cannot sign it, right?
I don't recommend signature for return envelope either. This way the postman will just deposit it in your mailbox and won't have to keep it in the delivery vehicle if they miss you.

Did you make your envelope sending to po box address signature required? which size was your envelopes?

I didn't require the signature since its a PO Box. The returned envelope is smaller than the mailed one so that I could put the small one in it. The Canadapost guy told me to do that, and he said that he had dealt with lots similar mails.

For me it didn't activate at all, but the package was delivered. I filed a complaint with Canada Post and they refunded me eventually.
