App: Nov 7, 2014
PER: Feb 3, 2015
MR: May 15,2015

DM & PPR: Jan 5, 2016

I need to send the passports from the US ..USPS refused to make a return label..

Is there any other way except to make a return label from Canadapost and send the passports .

Not for me. But I don't think this does matter. Many friends received PPR today. But most of them got DM first.
