I have strange experience regarding sending an email to the CPC-Ottawa.

Today I sent an email to CPC-Ottawa. However, I have not receive an automatic reply email form CPC-Ottawa yet.

Previously, an automatic reply email would be sent to me immediately after I sent an email to CPC-Ottawa.

Guys, has anyone ordered GCMS notes recently to see any movement or change in the file? What about phone call to CIC call center or direct email to CPC-Ottawa asking about the status of your files?

I received my last GCMS on September 04 and shows that they worked on my app. on August 06.( status updated to APPEARS RFV)
I believe they are working on the processes but in a very slowly way.

My wife's case is still under process i applied back in jan 2014 and as I was reading some comments here some ppl are talking about ordering notes, I wonder what happens when you order notes or how does it work and where can I make a request to get my case notes

A friend has rceived his GCMS Notes only yesterday.
He's done his medical exams on the 1st of August I think and till date there's no TLU.
The notes have told that he's passed his medical but the file still hasn't been transferred for final review. It's still at FSW-REG.

It happened to me as well. I sent CPCO an email yesterday, and no automatic reply till now. Don't know whether the email is lost.

I didn't get a automatic reply, however they answer my e-mail in less than 24 hours.
