Send an email to CIC about this situation and ask for extension. Usually they give 60 days to do medical. So it should be fine.

And print the MR email and visit the clinic. If possible, try to meet the doctor. I am not sure if he (doc) was the same as receptionist.

Be calm and take it easy. You will be fine so don't go crazy over this.

Which part of the brain generates so much arrogance/stupidity/etc....

If nothing works out and if you are losing your patience, try to contact another doctor and see if they can speed up your process and can finish test and submitting in a week or so... I know it will cost you extra money but it is an option

Thank you Vinaj. So before they upload the results, can I redo the ME with another clinical?
If so, maybe I have to consider this way if things can not work out within this week.
To friends who have not done ME. Do search online and read the comments about the clinical.
I am so stupid, I just read some comments about this clinical. It's all bad >:(

Hi Friends,

I am so frustrated right now and need your advice.
I have done my medical on July 2nd. When I was in the clinical, my blood pressure was a little high. I guess because I was nervous and tired in those days.
The doctor added the blood test for the kidney function examination and told me if everything is fine, they won't call me.
Last week, I called them twice asking about the results, a lady told me since we did not call you, means everything is fine, and the doctor is uploading the results.
However, when I called them this morning, she told me that because of the blood pressure thing, the system requires to refer a specialist doctor >:( (That's ridiculous, if I did not call them, they won't tell me?)
She told me they have already referred me to another doctor last week and I need wait for him contacting me, but until now, no one contacts me. I called them again to ask when the doctor can contact me, her attitude is very bad, said they are very busy, I should wait.
Today is 20th, my deadline is July 29th.
I am so worried :'(
I don't think I can contact a doctor myself, since they have already referred.

Hi
When doctor starts the IME, CIC gets to know by itself that this case is under investigation by Panel doctor. Don't worry about the deadline.

Ya I don't think the clinic has any intent of uploading the results before they make u visit the other doctor (the one they have referred).

So if you don't get this figured out soon, you can consult another doctor. When the other (new) doctor will do the tests, he will give you a receipt which you are supposed to email to CIC. So if you change the doctor, send CIC the new receipt and mention details of the new doctor and explain that the old doctor/clinic wasn't cooperating and so you had to change the doctor. I hope this should work.

Others who have better knowledge should assist in this

Just saw gurpreet's msg. Do as it seems wise... If nothing, just send an email to CIC to be safe...

Hi, Thanks for your reply.
So once the doctor has entered all the results in the system (they told me they have done that), CIC would know that? Even the uploading is not completed before I see the specialist?
If so, they I will release a little.

Thanks,

Congrats.... PPR should come soon too..... ;D

Thanks harrysaini, vinaj & Kinji84!! ;D

I'm curious to see how this will go now for me. I'm from a visa-exempt country (US Passport) so I don't know if they will do a PPR or if they will just send COPR. I've heard of it happening both ways. For anyone who has received PPR...does it come by email as well or snail mail?

I'm not at home in the US but in Canada on vacation right until August 2nd so that's why I'm wondering. I'll need our passports to cross back to the US so if they do request the passports that might be problematic. I'll have to wait to send them until after we get back to the USA.

Thank you for your patient help. All of you give me very helpful advice.
I will try to wait patiently this week and to see what will happen.
Hope you will get your passport back soon:)

Hi

It happened with me, After i visited PP in Canada, I had an emergency in India. I called around 10 PPs in India to book appointment, but everyone refused as they said this IME is already opened by one doctor, No other doctor can edit this file. then, i also contacted PP in Canada, doctor said, once it is opened it has to be submitted by same doctor, no one can do anything in this matter.

Finally, i had to postpone my plans for India and completed remaining tests in Canada. Its really frustrating system but we have to live with it.

Hi Harry

I guess i can share the strategy with you as well, i raised a CSE with CPC ottawa, I asked for any communication email they sent to me after PER mail, and guess what, their timeline was 20 working days, so they sent me Medical, RPRF and passport request on 19th working day and on 20th they replied that we has sent medical request on 29th june, if you haven't received we can have it resent.

Now my medical is done, i again raised CSE regarding another communication after Medical, i hoping to get it worked for PPR too :)

Hey,

Thanks for your answer about the ME and congrats that your ME went through finally.
When did you finish your ME and have you got the third line updated?
