My email says:

If you have a mailing address in the United States: CPC-O returns passports in the USA by private courier or by Canada Post Xpresspost (USA). To allow you to track your passports through the mail, you must provide a PREPAID private courier envelope and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter. You may also provide a PREPAID Canada Post Xpresspost envelope (USA) or ‘Ship-in-a-click' shipping label (USA). The latter are only available at Canada Post retail outlets in Canada and are not available on line.

and My email says,

If you have a mailing address in the United States: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase a pre-paid shipping label from Canada Post and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter. Follow the link to purchase your shipping label:

http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/cst/intro-e.asp

If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label, or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail.

Hello everyone, so glad to inform you that I eventually received RFV email last Friday (3rd July) regarding the decision made since May 20th.
So so glad! :) ;) :D
My heart reaches out to all those who applied in 2014 and have yet to see their applications finalized. Here is a short nugget for you, "though the road may be either rough or smooth, a light shone at the end of perseverance make the heart merry" Stay blessed for your light will definitely shine! :-* :-*

Congrats buddy. Enjoy it. :)

thanks I could print it.... ;)
I checked Fedex and it was $ 17 for 3 business days but then I didn't feel too confident as they usually use Canada post. It cost me 29 CAD (23 USD) for return label to NYC and 3 days delivery.

+1 to both of u ;D

Thanks!

I created shipping and return labels online through FedEx yesterday evening, and shipped the passports. They have already been delivered (in ~ 18 hours). I put a second envelope inside the one I sent, along with FedEx return labels, and the RFV email of course. Someone said it took them 13 days to ship back, let's see how many days CIC takes for mine.

Regards

Congratulations!

I didn't know we could request change of visa issuing office within North America too. I thought that is only true for countries outside North America.

But I guess it doesn't matter a lot anyways, except some saving on shipping ? Unless one can go over there personally and get it stamped within a working day.

Regards
