When you get your MR or other communications from CPC-O the email is usually signed by the officer evaluating your case.

Ha! Well, I did my meds and RPRF upfront so I merely received my AOR from Sydney. That's why I never stumbled upon any name. And in terms of GMCS notes it's far too early for me to apply. Early June QSW applicants are receiving their PPRs at the moment and I applied in December.

Yours will be coming soon. Keep checking your ecas to be able to estimate how far they are with your application. I assume you are german which is a visa exempt country so you might not hear from CPC-O at all just receive a nice COPR letter in the mail

That's right, I am a German citizen so the next thing I will hear from them is going to be my CoPR in the mail (that is if everything goes well). However, since early August applicants are receiving their PPRs at the moment, I don't think I will get mine any sooner than October. Unfortunately QSW is way slower than FSW. It's depressing. :(

Does anyone have any experience with getting your medical done while on a low-carb diet? If so, are there any problems with that or should one just advise the Dr. of the fact?

Same here... Waiting has become even more difficult after DM.... By this time, we should have had our passports returned....

I am wating for reply I have got POA number in dec, I have arranged employment, when I applied they CIC it will take 11 months now they say it will take 18 months.

I am sure your application is fine it's a matter of time. So now just exercise patience my friend... it's the benefit we gain from having to deal with CIC :P
