Question guys regarding passports. I am outside North America. If I want to stamp the visa in another office (Abu Dhabi), do I have to wait the office to send me again asking for passports, or just send immediately?

Your RFV should say something like these --

"If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office."

Remember that, CPC-O does NOT send out passport/s outside NA. So, if you send your passport/s to CPC-O, you must have a NA returning address.
