I always thought that I would need a Police clearance from Indian Consulate being Indian Citizen and the FBI PCC since I am residing in US. Are you sure that we need US State PCC(s) also ?? cic website doesnt mention that US State PCC is required anywhere....Could you pls share the source ? TIA

I had sent it when I made my application. It was mentioned then. The website now doesn't mention about it. Probably they changed the requirements. Sorry for misleading info... :-*

Congratulations canimmvisa, can you please let us know when was your passports received by CPC-0, and when was your return tracker activated. My passports are received by CPC-O on May 21, waiting for return tracker to be activated.

Since Canimmvisa is a from a visa exempt country he would only get a COPR letter and he does not need to send his passport to CPCO for stamping..as per passports received ..give it a 2 week period as thats the amount of time CPCO generally takes to send the stamped visa back ..

i had the same officer and got ppr after two weeks of pcc submisssion(i submitted pcc on 6th may)...tomorrow you should receive ppr...\

I also have the same VO #ZS11947. I have submitted my PCC and RPRF on May 12. should i expect PPR and DM next week?
