Who knows how big the caseload of each officer is. Just because one person gets theirs doesn't mean things are going badly. It is obviously an intense process that they go through with each case they have. If others with a similar timeline got word, yours is probably soon to come. Also as mentioned elsewhere in the forum, remember that this is a 3-day weekend so that may slow things up a bit with visa officers taking leave in conjunction with the holiday. That said...who knows how exactly things operate. I was surprised that I got my PER email on a Sunday. Odd. I'm sure you will hear something soon. ;D

Yes. They probably normally have Saturdays and Sundays as regular days off. With Monday being Victoria Day in Canada (a statutory holiday) they likely have it off as well. Then, if someone decides they want to extend that weekend even longer they might put in for leave on Friday to make the 3-day weekend a 4-day weekend. I do that sometimes in my job. 8)

Day before yesterday your file has reached to the officer for final review so as per the system it still says it is set for final review...this is what i got from call centre agent..what does this mean?they received my pcc and all??
