Folks, I need your help again.I am almost getting my passport back from CPC-O. If I land in Canada in July can I immediately go to my country and then come back to Canada again with my newly issued visa? in other words, is the FSW track visa a multiple entry visa? Thank you!

No. It is one time visa.

Once you land, you will have to wait for PR card which takes upto 45 days. Or you could apply for travel document and return. Or you could ask your family/friend in Canada to mail you your PR card to your home country.

No. The visa is a one-time entry for landing. If you leave Canada before you get your PR card (which you can use to re-enter) you will have to apply for a permanent resident travel document.

I was researching about COPR and I wonder, should I expect to receive COPR in a mail or Passport Request through e-mail?
I am from Poland - Visa (tourist) exempt country

Anybody knows???

this is what I found on other forum:

If the applicant is visa exempt and you've heard nothing from the office, the decision would normally be a positive one. That's because the issues that give rise to a negative decision generally require giving the applicant an opportunity to address them (part of procedural fairness).

DM in a positive decision means the COPR has been issued. It's possible in visa exempt cases for it to just show up in the mail. The applicant should watch for it (hopefully he hasn't moved. Forwarding is the enemy of immigration paperwork).

That is why Diplomatru was asking me about mail not email...? But Diplo USPS at night??? 8) unless you personally will deliver

I am still waiting for the email, but the truth is that I am very happy that the processing of my file has been completed. I just hope I can be one of the lucky people to able to live in Canada. I completely agree we party after we get our passports back hopefully before first week in June.I have not recieved the PPR email yet.Hopefully,I get it before Friday.

you will not get rfv email as you are from visa exempt country.
my copr was printed 13th, DM 14th and received 21st.(Alberta)
in my opinion it is on its way to you and you should receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday (depends on your location)☺

Hi Grace, as far as i remember, he got DM in Mar 11 and landed Mar 27. So depends on how far you are from Ottawa, i guess? Lol. Anyways, i know your's is a positive decision. maybe, mikeypm didn't get the decision on the phone though if that's the case.
