COPR is gonna come in hard copy and not an email..
Since you are from a visa exempt country (England) you just need to take the COPR and do the border crossing..voila..ur a canadian PR..!!

Received my PPR yesterday at 12:15am KSA Time

Just couple of points to note, it might help others

* they accepted my PCC which was 5 months old
* although I asked for my visa to be printed in KSA in my RPRF email. The PPR seems to be a standard email and it still asked me to send my passports to Ottawa
* my ECAS is still showing 3 lines

What PCC did you provide...from Saudi Arabia or US (FBI) or both?

Since you are from a visa exempt country, it is not necessary to issue a counterfoil to your passport but instead you will just get COPR via mail. Here is the CIC page where their operational policy is laid out:

Your next step once you get COPR would be to land in Canada to become a PR. Congratulations!!!

I recommend applying for a bridge work permit since your PR application is at an advanced stage you should be able to get it. If you lose your status in Canada that will affect your PR application

It will cost me $810 for me and my family members, so I was hoping that if I sent email to CIC, they would consider the situation especially that I'm Sep 5th applicant.

The doctor will submit the results next Thursday May 21st, so I will have only 6 weeks until the expiry date of my current permit.

You can try emailing cpc-o and see what they say. But I recommend doing so right away in case they take a while to respond.

From the sound of it, your case is a typical bridge work permit case. If finance is the only reason why you can't apply I am not sure they will make a special case

I sent Egypt PCC. I wasn't required to send US one. But I think the rule applies to all. I was in Egypt in October when I applied for PCC and only sent it in March when I was requested to do so

If you do not send your PCC along with application and send it later when requested, its validity is 1 year from date of issuance.

It is a typical case for bridging work permit, but I just wanted to avoid applying for more applications, and for sure save the money.

I will start filling the applications now and email them asking about my case ( without mentioning the financial reason) and see what would they say...
