When did your FBI PCC reach CIC? Mine reached 14th April...and do they just provide you the details if asked about documents being received?

You are lucky she gave you information.
I just called the call center and the lady would not say a word about my file. all she said is call back after 2-3 weeks.
and if I have sent all documents already it should all be good.

I know! Or maybe in a way she was asking you to have patience for another 2-3 weeks for the PPR email to hit ur inbox !!

No I asked her 3 times and that's all she said. to call back after 2-3 weeks to get information on my file.
I made a mistake i told her the date my PCC reached CIC(24th April).
so according to her if I already have confirmation from Courier Company that it was received what confirmation am i expecting from her!!!!

well I hope the PPR email hit my inbox in 2-3 weeks. its getting hard to wait like this with every day passing without that golden email.
I hope I don't die of Anxiety!!!!!

I also called them today morning and the lady was very very nice, helpful and extremely polite.... She confirmed that rprf has been received.... about pcc she said it might have been received but the PA might not have updated so not to worry.....

I am worried about fbi pcc as it takes 3 months or more.... I hope it would be fine.... i will check with them next week again....

Oh well, so probably what she meant was that it takes 2-3 weeks for the docs to be reviewed and updated in the system for these guys to confirm you. This is what I was told last.

I received confirmation that all my securities checks are completed & file was transferred for Final Review to Immigration Officer on April 15-th, so I got the date when it was transferred... now I wish to know how long it takes from File transfer to Receiving Golden email...

I received one piece of information and still unable to get the puzzles together... :-X

I will tell you the trick which Diplomatru told here once... try to show the interest & respect to their culture...by for example saying something in French

So what I am doing is:

"Bonjour, Good Morning my name is ....

I am calling to ask you if there is a chance that you can tell me if you received all requested information from me, if all screenings are completed... and what stage is my application.."

and than she talks.....

asks questions about my file, bla bla bla

and she is giving me information,

every time she says something I response,

Thank you, I appreciate your afford,

and that is how I was receiving information in my last two calls

So Practice Bonjour, Merci and call

CIC call center baffled me. I called them on 17th April and one lady told me that my file is "very" close to final review. But, today when I asked about my file, the lady told me they are doing background check. ??? ??? : :

that is confusing :-X maybe she meant that is close to final review but it is not transferred to final review yet..

once background check will be completed will go to final review...

Grace, Was you medical done before it was requested?
I am just double checking as I am going to send and email my documents today.
Sorry to sound repetitive. I just want to make sure it's ok I can use my e-medicals from 2 months, although I got MR yesterday.
I don't know if this is a reason they can reject my application because I didn't use the IMM 1017 E form the officer provided me.
